WiseMind Educational Services was founded in 2014 to meaningfully support emotional skill development for young people, families, and educators.

In its early years, WiseMind worked primarily with families, educators, and community-based programs, refining a practical, neuro-aware approach to emotion coaching through direct application and relationship-based work.

As awareness of the importance of emotional health and demand for impactful supports grew, WiseMind was approached in 2022 to support Tier 2 students experiencing emotional barriers to their full academic potential.

In just three years, we supported nearly 400 students in multiple school districts across grades 2–12 and in the iBuild workforce program (ages 15–24) with our Emotion Coaching curriculum, while providing training to over 400 adults.

These years of applied practice clarified both the effectiveness of the WiseMind framework and the need for scalable, adult-centered training models — shaping WiseMind’s current focus on professional development, facilitator training, and organizational consulting.
