Practical Tools for Stress Recovery
Based on how the nervous system actually reacts to stress — the WiseMind® framework teaches a physiological recovery process that restores brain capacity for students and adults.
Workforce + Organizations
When stress costs your team focus and capacity, these skills restore it — for corporate teams, healthcare staff, early childhood educators, and nonprofit professionals.
Students need tools they can use when stress takes over. WiseMind equips educators and youth-serving professionals with the framework to teach those skills.
Educators + Youth Programs
We're seeking $300K to scale a student stress-reset app across Oregon — filling the gap between what students need and what's currently available.

PROVEN IMPACT
Built Over Twenty Years, Proven in Oregon Schools
WiseMind Educational Services was founded in 2014. The framework behind it started developing in 2005 — through direct work with students, families, and educators in rural Oregon schools.
From 2023 to 2025, WiseMind coached nearly 400 students across Salem-Keizer and Silver Falls school districts and the iBuild workforce program. We trained over 400 adults — educators, parents, early childhood professionals, and CTE instructors.
Every partner school requested continuation. That signal drove the decision to formalize the framework into three delivery modes: workforce training for adults, facilitator-led microcredentials for students, and a self-guided app.
WHAT MAKES WISEMIND DIFFERENT
When Stress Takes Over, Flexible Thinking Stops
When the nervous system's protective response activates, it restricts access to higher-order thinking. That's not a mindset problem — it's a physiological state. No amount of cognitive reframing can override it.
WiseMind starts with that reality. Students and adults learn to recognize their stress patterns and use physiological recovery tools to shift them. The shift restores capacity — not positive thinking, not cognitive strategies. The body has to be supported first.
