Practical Tools for Stress Recovery
Based on how the nervous system actually reacts to stress — the WiseMind® framework teaches a physiological recovery process that restores brain capacity for students and adults.
Workforce + Organizations
Stress shows up at work as burnout, brain fog, friction, reactivity, and flat affect. The WiseMind Framework teaches professionals to recognize and support their stress.
Students need tools they can use when stress takes over. WiseMind equips educators and youth-serving professionals with the framework to teach those skills.
Educators + Youth Programs
We're seeking $300K to scale a student stress-reset app across Oregon — filling the gap between what students need and what's currently available.

PROVEN IMPACT
Oregon Schools Tested the WiseMind® Framework. Every One Asked Us Back.
WiseMind Educational Services was founded in 2014, built on practice that started in a rural school in 2005. From 2023 to 2025, WiseMind coached nearly 400 students and trained over 400 adults across Oregon school districts and workforce programs. Every partner school requested continuation.
WHAT MAKES WISEMIND DIFFERENT
When Stress Takes Over, Flexible Thinking Stops
When we feel stressed, our brain’s access to higher-order thinking is restricted. That's not a mindset problem — it's a physiological state. No amount of cognitive reframing can override it.
WiseMind starts with that reality. Students and adults learn to recognize their stress patterns and use physiological recovery tools to shift them. The shift restores capacity — not positive thinking, not cognitive strategies. The body has to be supported first.
